Marc Maiorana

Marc Maiorana maintains a studio in Cedar Bluff, VA. Recently a resident artist at the Penland School of Crafts, in 2001 Marc earned a BFA in Metalsmithing from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Marc’s ironwork is both utilitarian and abstract, and is featured in three of Dona Meilach’s books reviewing contemporary iron. His teaching experience includes: Marywood University (PA), Touchstone Center for Crafts (PA), Penland School of Craft (NC), New England School of Metalwork (ME) and Haystack Mountain School of Craft (ME).
